The Law Firm Called Yesterday!!!!!!

Finally, after 4 years of waiting, we got a call from the law firm that is representing Ian in vaccine court. It was just to let us know that they are beginning the proccess to admit the phase one evidence to the court. These are the documents and records from birth to onset of symptoms. In June, we will need to submit the next set, from onset to present. Although we feel that our case is strong, we have very little faith in this system at this point. Like I told the clerk on the phone, "We doubt seriously that our case will produce anything to help our family with Ian's medical expenses or long term care, but we have to tell our story because it's the same as so many others. There is a small chance people will begin to listen when so many have the same story, it's our obligation." Anyway, we ask for everyone's prayers and thoughts as we enter this preparatory phase as it will most undoubtably create stress and anxiety for our entire family.
